So the ER doc notifies me that she ordered a CT scan of some lady's leg, just in case it's broken.
"Well, did you do an xray first?"
"No. I figured I'd go straight to CT."
"Why?"
"I just felt better about getting a CT."
"Will the patient feel better with the bigger, unnecessary bill?"
People come on! How much of this nonsense can our system take before our system goes bankrupt?
